Although the work was very quickly arranged and done very well, the best thing was the response time. Christina came back within an hour to my email, which despite email supposedly being quick usually means you wait days to hear back, but the response was so quick I was very impressed. Repairs were done next day, I was massively impressed with it all and will without doubt return here again for any more repairs I need. Keep up the good work

I have used Weston & Worle Appliances on three separate occasions (washing machine replacement, dishwasher repair, fridge replacement) and they have been outstanding every time. Prompt, friendly, helpful service, and excellent quality, good value appliances. I will continue to both use and recommend them.

Fantastic customer service in diagnosing and repairing my oven. I was kept in contact through the initial visit to find the fault with the oven and the component that needed to be replaced. The second visit to fit the new part was quickly organised after they had confirmed the part was correct from the manufacturer. The price quoted was the price paid, everything was transparent throughout and completed on time. Nice to be able to use a local business and I would have no hesitation in using them again. I would certainly recommend that if you have an issue with your appliance they will be a great company to use. Five stars from me!
