I arrived at work today to find that one phase of our 3 phase electric was not working. I called WPD and within an hour we had a van arrive and diagnose the problem. They weren't able to correct the fault but did get the repair team out. I received texts from WPD to confirm what was happening and an estimated time for resolution. The fault was found and rectified before the estimated time. This has exceeded my expectations and whilst we could all do without the inconvenience of a power cut (all staff unable to work due to machinery not running) I am really grateful that all was sorted as quickly as it was. Well done Western Power and your team
