Tim was absolutely amazing today. After a stressful day of Curry’s saying they couldn’t install my washing machine. He came same day after a short phone call to come and install my new washing machine after I’d been without one since Friday . Lovely man, quick and efficient will definitely be using his services again.

Booked Tim via Service Site Ltd as washing machine wasn't spinning. He "assessed" it by opening the door & wiggling the drum around & told us it needed new brushes. A week later (21st Dec) he came & replaced the brushes - £120 for the job. Later that evening we put on a wash & it still wasn't spinning. I tried ringing, leaving messages, texting, no response. Went back via SS customer service & eventually he replied to say he'd be out on 11th Jan. He didn't turn up, didn't answer his phone, didn't reply to messages. Today we've had another engineer out who did a proper assessment & told us it's the motor & the machine is "beyond economic repair". One month we've been without a washing machine because Tim couldn't be bothered to assess it properly, answer the phone or reply.
