Peter Gray3 StarValley have a great selection of tiles and Darren is extremely helpful with the selection process. He also recommended a tiler to carry out our work who proved to be excellent.
Potentially a 5 star business spoiled at the last fence when I took an unused box of tiles back for refund to be told that without the original invoice there were no refunds. Rather annoying as I was not in when the tiles were delivered into my garage and neither my tiler or I have seen an invoice. Doubly annoying when you know that the business must have/keep copy of the original invoice !!!! triple annoying as this requirement was never advised or discussed at the point of purchase.
