Nigel Mountney is not to be trusted! He stole money and did not complete the job. Leaving our bathroom remodelling completely uninhabitable knowing full well it was the only working bathroom we had. He took 2 advancements for payment, ripped out the bathroom, leaving wires exposed, flooded our downstairs kitchen by incorrectly sealing off the pipework, failed to turn up on numerous occasions, was uncontactable and untraceable. He was then completely unapologetic, stole our house key, claimed he would pay the money bacl. I have since taken Mr Mountney to court. If you look through his companies history you can see he shuts down companies and moves on, he also has a terrible relationship with his workers, frequently not paying them and firing them on the spot. Stay well clear of this 'businessman'.

Went AWOL twice leaving us with a house we are unable to occupy due to not having a working kitchen or even a complete kitchen due to multiple parts missing off the order he placed after pushing us to use his kitchen manufacturer of choice. We also have almost no power downstairs and the sockets which are left live in a dangerous state as the pictures i have posted. Communication with his guys on site has also caused additional issues which require floors and sections of ceiling to be removed in order to resolve, again shown in picture where power cables have been brought up through the floor to the island but are 4 feet out so aren't even under the island at all. Walls, floor, tiles, skirting left damaged and unfinished. The initial work and guys on site were very good if some were particularly slow, however the further on the project went the less we heard from Nigel who was supposed to be project managing until we had no contact and no one was turning up to site. We have been left with a house needing more work than would be necessary if he had managed the project properly and with a credit required from him as special order front doors were ordered in April with a 10 week lead time which we will now likely never see despite paying in advance. We have also been left with a bill for a skip which we paid him directly for and then paid for another only to be told now by the supplier the first was never paid for. This means we have to pay 3 times for a single skip due to his incompetence. Nigel has more than one business which I wouldn't be surprised if he closes and opens up under a different name as I have been told he has done similar things to other customers. The money for goods such as the front door we have not received and outstanding work we have already paid for which has been left incomplete is in the thousands and yet it also appears he has not paid the kitchen fitter who installed the partial kitchen which was delivered. I cannot in good conscience recommend this company or any associated with Nigel Mountney.

Amazing Service, I was kept informed all the way through my renovation. I knew what i was paying and when and what each and every penny was used for thanks to their comprehensive welcome packs. 10/10 will use again!
