I found ray after my four year Sharp 49inch TV picture just went and needed someone to take a look. Ray responded very quickly (it was a Sunday as well) and said it sound like it could be repaired. Took it to him and he rung back later with a quote which was accepted and he said ready following week. Had a call after four days, all fixed and ready. Great friendly service and currently enjoying the Lionesses vs USA on the big TV. Thank you Ray, very happy with great service.

My 55 inch flatscreen stopped turning on after a long running issue with the brightness. I called Samsung who kept me on hold for an hour to confirm there was something wrong with my TV and I should have it looked at at their repair depot 30 miles away in a few weeks! Instead, I looked up nearby TV Video Repair Services and found Ray, who answered straight away, diagnosed the fault, quoted me, and arranged a convenient meeting place to drop off the TV. Three days later (he had to order parts) the TV was fixed and he dropped it back to me as good as new. I am so pleased with Ray’s service - he’s a really nice guy who knows his stuff and does a great job for a very reasonable fee - could not be happier with the service. I’ve already recommended him to a friend. Thanks! Update: I was so impressed I asked Ray to fix our second Samsung TV this week - it works but won’t react to the remote. Same story, three days while parts arrived and a very reasonable repair and he dropped it back to me - even more pleased! June 23 Update —————— Ray has done it again after my Samsung stopped working - fixed in three days, picked up and dropped off, and Ray himself is really down to earth and nice. Couldn’t be happier - really cost effective repair - thankyou!

Called Ray after seeing the advert on Google. Very efficient service and dropped off the TV the same day. One of the tvs couldn't be fixed but the main one was repaired within 10days. Ray even delivered back to Taunton. Great service. Would recommend.
