I have been using the shop for many years and it never ceases to amaze me Symon‘s knowledge and dedication to his work he has maintained and even sold me beautiful items from him for gifts for family members always. Took an old inherited sentimental clock for repair, I was told it was not good quality and he did not want ho repair it. The fact it was my late mother's, and was sentimental did not matter. Thank goodness Taylor of Paulton were more sympathetic

Spoke to Simon and explained I had a clock mechanism that was not chiming. I took it to him and he looked it over whilst i waited and he felt it was all functioning as should. He even replaced a missing clock hammer, and did not charge me for his time. Will definetly go back to Simon the next time the need arises.
