We are delighted in every way with our new en-suite bathroom. From the design stage to the final fitting everything was excellent. A huge plus, after varying experiences with other projects, was that Thomas Vaughan organised all the workmen needed for the job, kept us up-to-date with progress and answered any queries promptly. Goods were delivered as required so we didn’t have to accommodate piles of boxes around the property. Even the skip was delivered when expected and removed promptly! All in all, it was a stress free experience and we would not hesitate to recommend Thomas Vaughan as an excellent firm to work with.
