Justin couldn’t have been more helpful , explained all options I had together with prices in order to fix /service my Dyson hoover . No pressure and no hidden charges. Hoover now running brilliantly and was ready to collect after one day !! Would certainly recommend and use again if necessary in the future . Graham Harrison5 StarOrdered a replacement Dyson filter as Dyson don't give you a spare ! , it arrived next day it fitted perfectly and cured the problem of the motor spinning up and down which happens when the filter is dirty or still drying out after washing.
