Having just purchased a "fixer upper" house in Sea Mills, we knew we needed the boiler and central heating system checked (and almost certainly replaced). I found Absolute Bristol from an online search and was immediately impressed by the reviews - not only the quality but the quantity of them. (Check them out - they have LOADS of amazing reviews, from real people!) They responded promptly and professionally to my initial message, checked everything thoroughly and talked with me about options. No "hard sell", just genuinely helpful guys. They replaced our really old boiler and heating system with a new boiler and radiators (including a funky vertical one my wife chose!). They turned up when they said they would, worked really hard when they were here and kept in contact regularly to check things with me and to keep me updated. My wife and I are SO happy to have found Kris and his team. We are thrilled to now have a safe home, with a boiler and central heating system that has been put in by real pros; one which our family will benefit from for years. I highly recommend Absolute Bristol.

When our boiler was on the way out, we contacted Chris on recommendation and found him to be honest and provided us with some excellent advice on the boiler. He came out and repaired our old boiler while we decided to replace the unit. Chris helped us choose the right one for our house and they came and installed it when they said they would. The new boiler is excellent, the service was excellent, we didn't get ripped off, we were advised and not pushed into any decisions. I would highly recommend these guys over anyone else you would be considering. We have them lined up to service the unit each year now as well. What's more, they are local and are clearly experienced being accredited to install Worcester boilers as well. Thank you Chris and Kai for an exceptional job!

Following a gas leak we were left without heating and hot water. I phoned Kris and he was able to come out the following day to quote for a new boiler and completed the installation the following week. Throughout, communication was excellent and the work was done to a high standard. Kris and Kye are trustworthy and hardworking and I would highly recommend them. Thank you!

Kris, Kye and the team have done 3 or 4 different jobs for us now, and have been consistently reliable, good value, professional, and flexible. They've done a full heating system install and a separate boiler install in a fairly challenging location but very helpfully worked with us on a novel way to hide pipework and the boiler while still having access to it as needed, and all while other building work was going on around them. They've always been responsive and we plan to keep using them for future work too.
