Ninja Tekkers5 StarExtremely helpful, efficient and trustworthy. I wasn't sure if I needed a battery and re-pressured seal or a service as well and confirmed only the battery at this stage, whereas many would have taken advantage of the more expensive service option provision.

j bh5 StarHaving recently moved to the area from London, we found my wife's watch probably needing a new battery as the second hand was sweeping in a random manner, which according to Lee, is a sign of battery end of life indicator.
We brought it in for lee to check if it was in need of a battery and re seal. We were pleasantly surprised at the cost, which was far less than some of the jewellers we used in London in the past.
Lee offered to do it there and then, but we agreed to pick it up the next day.
All completed and returned to service, when we picked it up the next day. Another pleasant surprise, we were given a two year warranty on the work.
Nice to have a good local watch shop, as we prefer to support independent local business.
Highly recommend TWS, will be definitely be taking other watches to him, when the time comes.Wednesday 12th January 2022
