The attitude on this "tradesperson" was apalling. My Mother had to cancel her appointment with him due to having Covid in the house - he was extremely rude to both my Mother and myself over this, accused us of not being truthful about it and was and extremely confrontational. I note that this person has all poor reviews - this does not surprise me, due to his disgraceful attitude and lack of interpersonal skills. Having googled this individual, he doesnt have a single good review - and all of the reviews mention his lack of professionalism, to which I totally attest. Please dont make contact with this rude, vile individual - find a different electrician....one who is able to communicate politely and whose attitude is conducive to a positive relationship with the homeowner.
