Project Maintenance

Luke has done a fantastic job on my new home. Always accommodating and very professional. Over the past 3 days he has: - installed a new toilet and shower - changed radiators - changed hinges on windows - Mended door brackets and handles - mended various plumbing taps and pipes Highly recommend Luke as he’s honest, experienced, versatile and shows you the work completed at the end. I’ve already booked him in again in early August for another job taking up laminate flooring in the house! Thanks again Luke and look forward to using you again in the future.  We recently employed Luke to carry out some challenging skirting board replacement for our lounge and kitchen diner that had recently had a wood floor laid throughout. Luke was very professional and prompt in carrying out the complete work within our limited time scale. He explained to us throughout what he was doing and made sure that we were happy with the work. We would not hesitate in employing Luke again to carry out future work in our house. We have also recommended him to our friends for work that they require to be done.  I had Luke to do my hall,stairs and landing and the end result was superb. He was very professional and he goes above and beyond to make sure everything is finished to a very high standard. I would definitely recommend Luke to anyone wanting that perfect finish. Luke and his trainee Nathan completed a complete bathroom refit for us. They were polite considerate and hard working from start to finish. Completed the job to a exceptionally high standard not just doing the fitting of the bathroom but going that extra mile to ensure it was finished immaculately with extra attention to detail, like sourcing heading to edge flooring, using chrome tubing( not sure) to cover white radiator pipe work. Nothing was too much trouble and always hoovered tidied at the end of the day. I am booking them to overhaul my kitchen next. Book project maintenance and you really won’t look at another tradesman. You won’t look elsewhere after having Project maintenance in. Luke and his trainee Nathan recently completed a complete renovation on my bathroom. They moved taps put In stud walls and created an amazing new family bathroom. From start to finish the attention to detail was exemplary, communicating openly with us, working to such a high standard. Work space was left immaculate every night. Luke really does take a lot of pride in the job he’s doing, suggesting ideas like beading around the click flooring to give an extra polished finish, covering white pipes with chrome pipe ( not technical 🙂) nothing was too much trouble. Even painting the ceiling and door when not planned. I can’t wait to have them back to do my kitchen.

A few things I look for when choosing a tradesman. 1) Communication - is it any good? 2) Honesty - can I trust this person? 3) Am I getting value for money? Well, I can whole-heartedly say that you will get all three from Luke. Communication was kept in line and making sure that everything was still good for the date planned. You can tell from chatting in person with Luke that he is honest and will tell you what you want to hear, not string some bulls**t. Value for money, I was happy with the quote that Luke gave me for what I wanted doing. Maybe had I'd shopped around, I may have saved £20-£30 if I was lucky but this never even entered into my head. The job was done on the day and with no issues whatsoever, so can only say thank you to Luke for helping us out and I'm sure we'll be back asking Luke to assist again........ if he's not booked up for months !

What can I say … wanted my bathroom done for ages and was watching Lukes Facebook page for ages took the plunge and thought I give the guy a chance …. If any one is in doubt trying a new guy really don’t think twice … his work is truly amazing …. Very professional turns up exactly the time he says and so polite .. he goes through everything he’s doing and anything he finds wrong go through with you and puts right …. We made loads of changes as I was going through the project and he did not mind at all …. He cleans everything after each day I can’t recommend this guy any more than I can he’s very fussy and such hard worker … spot on I can’t be any happier with the bathroom 👌👌👌ps can’t wait till August for your next project🤔🤔
