I needed a new boiler, and Pro Heating Services were recommended on the Worcester website. I found them to be extremely efficient, prompt, friendly, and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them, and will be using them in future for servicing and repairs. They gave me a 7 year guarantee too! I had another boiler in a separate property fitted by a local company but have had nothing but problems, for around the same price. I wish I had chosen Pro Heating for that too. Lesson learnt!

Booked oil boiler service, they came promptly tbh... But stripped boiler down, had a leak and they said they unsure of part availability and will search for it. Left without getting back to me, had no boiler for 2 weeks during cold spell with young family. I phoned another plumber who instantly found part and was round the next day. For basic plumbing I am sure they are very good. But I will not be recommending them to anyone. Very disappointing.

Shaun came to replace a leaking water tank today. He was so professional and nice. I needed a new timer fitted and he went to buy a new one and fitted it straight away. Everything was left near and tidy, I would highly recommend. Excellent service, thanks Shaun.

Absolutely brilliant . Rang up with a problem on the Wednesday the engineer rang me back with some questions fitted a new valve and changed the control unit and it' was all fixed by Friday . EXCELLENT .
