Arrived 20 minutes after my emergency phone call Roger is a very nice chap and help me know end and show me how to unlock the keypad and fit a new pipe that was leaking. I’ve got my washing machine going in less than an hour very pleased and we are giving him all the work from now on absolutely brilliant, could not wish for a better service. Thank you Roger

Always so helpful and friendly. Such a good service. I went in today paid for a new oven. Roger very kindly came straight round and fitted it. I couldn't believe it. Thankyou to the young Guys who helped too.

Old washer drier in need of repair Had popped into the branch to make the appointment for today last week. They were polite and friendly. They advised if my machine was beyond economic repair they would sell me a new one, collect the old and plumb the new one in..and waive the visit charge. So I had a look at what was in stock and made my choice Roger Pople (owner) turned up and took the top of my existing machine with me present, it was clear my old machine had shaken itself to death. No denying I needed a new one. So within an hour Roger returned with the replacement machine, fitted, tested and ran through the instructions with me. When you consider how much national High St retailers charge for delivery of new and disposal old....and they don't even do a diagnosis of your old machine...it's a bit of a no-brainer not to use a local firm such as Poples. I will readily recommend them to anyone...quite simply... THEY ARE FABULOUS!!!

Not impressed! Customer service was poor to the point of being rude and the engineer turned up looked at the machine, ran it for a minute or two and then said "nah, can't fix it. Anyway it ain't leaking now is it". You figure? No clothes or powder in it. Only leaks when on a full cycle. What happened to taking it back to the shop and recreating the problem to see if you can fix it then? Not going back nor would I recommend to anyone else.

Fantastic service. Great value. Poples fixed our oven. Cost of visit and part was so much cheaper than replacing the whole oven. Poples are now looking at our broken extractor fan. Honest and quick turnaround. Would recommend.
