Russell & Hilary Collins5 StarThe spring/cables of a quite elderly up and over garage door snapped and then , while manually trying to still open the door, one side came out of the runners. Within minutes of sending a message for advice, Paul replied and an appointment was made for repair. The work was carried out - parts replaced....all works fine.
