I Q1 StarA Pass & Totterdell van (WN66 DWV) considered it appropriate to deliberately park in a clearly marked Disabled space in St Mary's St, Thornbury, car park (21/4/2022 at 10:35pm). Driver (bald) walked off very casually. Interesting !!Thursday 21st April 2022

Kelly Webster1 StarContacted this company in the first instance to look at a complete heating system replacement, Geoff Pass visited and advised he would come back to us with some options, we chased and never got a response.
It’s a tricky property, old house and not straight forward but at least have the courtesy to reply.
With no way forward on the heating installation we contacted them again to look at moving some pipe work to enable some plastering to be done. Again tricky due to the old house and involve chasing in etc, but was told it was all do-able, took photos and said woukd pull the quote together. The response we got from them today by email said I quote ‘Your job has been rejected. Reason for rejecting ‘Went and quoted for work. Spoke to Geoff who then told me we aren't doing it so not to fill in paperwork’
Clearly this company only like to cherry pick the simple jobs, their customer service is appalling and they don’t even have the decency to be honest with you to your face. Avoid.Friday 17th September 2021
