deep digging5 StarHad an issue with a recently acquired kranzle jetwasher , I spoke with Nathen who was able to trouble shoot the issue over the phone with me and quickly diagnosed the problem which got me up and running in no time , I can’t thank him enough .very knowledgable in his field of work and came across Very professional ,going forward I shall be ordering my service kits and any other spares required for my machine from this company on the strength of todays interaction.
