Absolutely terrible, didn’t tell me about a call out charge wanted a quote on a new boiler started opening my old one at his own accord. Got it working as there was nothing major wrong with it was just very old. Even though I kept saying I want a new one. Eventually after less then 30mins of “work”tried to charge £100 when no price has ever been agreed. Swore at me and broke my boiler completely by cutting wire that started the boiler up. So we couldn’t use it even one bit. Be aware of this company and always ask the price before as he will make it up on the spot!

Great service from Mark yesterday! We were super impressed with how quick he was able to get out to us and fix the problem. Our boiler stopped working a month or so ago and after someone let us down, we rang Mark and he was around the next day fixing it there and then. Very reasonably priced and would defo recommend!
