Great customer service from staff on site. I ordered a shower tray and doors. The lady in the showroom assured me it was delivery into the property as I stated I lived in a second floor flat and I was assured this wouldn’t be a issue. So you can imagine my disappointment and frustration when the driver arrived and said it was kerbside only and he would not help me get the stone shower tray and screen doors into the property. I had to call on family to help me get the items into the property. If you drivers aren’t willing to help customers please don’t offer a service that implies they will. Would buy from her again, but I would be sceptical when it comes to the delivery.

I've bought many times from here,but today was supplied incorrectly, removed sink to show them problem,obnoxious salesman said "we're not professionals "wouldn't give me refund dispite being incorrectly supplied!I didn't even get a sorry 🙄

The company started out brilliant when we ordered our new bathroom 6 weeks ago. However after paying for said bathroom and telling us our order would be delivered on Monday of this week.. it did not turn up and we had to make urgent calls and it was delivered on Tuesday.. albeit missing a vital element the sink cabinet which is still not delivered nor has come in! Why? When you said it would all be in and ready for our bathroom work starting this week! Update would seem it is down to a supplier of yours failing but still very stressful to sort out. Sally has helped and gives very good customer support! Hopefully our cabinet will arrive! If all the deliveries had been on time and no issues with the cabinet it would be a 5 star service

Recently had a bathroom refit and sourced all the fittings from Marcliff. First rate supplier, all 1st class fittings and at a great price. Glad we were recommended this place, prices as good if not better than online, and nothing better than having face to face contact. Thanks to Rob & Marcus.

Tried this place after failing to buy a replacement toilet flush at other plumbing supplies. Other places didn't recognise make of old parts but Marcliffs identified it straight away and even had one in stock. Well recommended 😁
