Matt Dalley5 StarCan't recommend Chris highly enough. I contacted him to have a look at the Velux windows in my house that I was having trouble opening. He didn't charge me a call out fee and diagnosed the problem immediately. Amazingly he was able to remove the mechanism without opening the windows and after seeing the mechanism was full of old bug eggs and dirt cleaned all- oiled and replaced. They work perfectly now and he did the three windows in under an hour. He was a pleasure to deal with and very reasonably priced. Would definitely use him again for any lock or window issues. 👍Wednesday 23rd March 2022
