M Wilson5 StarI was in the process of buying a property and knew the electrics needed some TLC. Llion came out and did a full electrical inspection and created a report detailing the issues to the properties electrics which was then sent to my solicitor without any fuss.
Once the property was legally mine I had Llion back to the property to rectify those issues before I could let the property to a waiting tenant. I can't fault his services he's quick, thorough and provides electrical certificates for his work. I'm sure I'll use him on my other rentals when required.Tuesday 12th January 2021
