John did brilliant diagnostic and repair work on two combi's I have. Took time to explain the situation and was just really helpful and friendly. Even put me towards a cheaper solution for one of them when a less honest operator could've taken me to the cleaners! Thank you!!

John was an absolute pleasure to work with on our home improvement. We had 3 bathrooms ripped out and replaced with brand new fittings. He worked in conjunction with the tiler and electrician. John personally assumed the position of a project manager (in the absence of the home owner who was on a different continent at the time) making sure everyone else knew what and (when) they should be doing certain task. John and his assistant Jude are very friendly and easy to work with. He had a load of contacts/suggestions for various actions that needed to be taken. He never complained! We never had to repeat an instruction he is that detailed. I would recommend John 1000 times over. In the words of my 4 year old "John is a very good worker". This review is from a very satisfied customer .
