Messaged Jay via Google to see if he could service an old sewing machine. He was quick to respond but I was a little worried about the worthiness of the machine and wanted advice on whether I should get a new one. Dropped the sewing machine off to a house porch and asked if it was worth being serviced but the lady wasn't sure. Messaged Jay and he said it would be ready to collect the following afternoon. Didn't hear anything so called two days later and she said it's ready to collect with an extra fee due to changing a bulb. I do wish I'd have been told about the amount of repairs that were needed, I would have opted for a new machine rather than getting this one repaired. Thanks anyway, tip included in payment.

Really lovely gentlemen , very helpful and offered lots of advice and guidance on my machines. I was in desperate need of a speedy fix on my industrial sewing machine and they squeezed me in very last minute to help get me on my way. Incredibly grateful to them, would highly recommend and will be using them again! Also a shout out to the wife/mum who was also wonderful and very helpful on the phone!
