Salesman was warm and welcoming, not pushy in any way. I called in to book a test drive at Hutchings Bridgend and was able to test drive an electric car straight away with no waiting. Loved the car so much I ordered one, I was kept up to date with delivery and when I collected my new car it was fully charged too. Absolutely fantastic service from all involved with special thanks to Nathan.

We didn't actually bring the car in, our neighbour who works in the department took it for us.. But even so the contact we did have was, efficient and friendly, and all feedback eg, the video of the service was very good and informative.
