Doug1 StarI found Mark to be polite and initially interested in our kitchen project. He went to the effort of arranging an electrician and a builder to visit and give a quote, also Mark gave us a first draft quote in writing for the new kitchen itself. However we did not receive a written quote for the building work.
The weeks past by but we heard nothing. After prompting Mark twice by email he firstly replied 'I thought you had it' and secondly replied 'I'm on it' .
This was the last we heard from Mark. Why would a Kitchen company not be interested or courteous enough to actually say 'We are unable to do it' ?
The quotes added up to around 17k and we had a 20k budget.
It seems that money alone is not enough to get a job done these days.Monday 20th June 2022

Toby Holland5 StarThis place is amazing. Full of kitchens and bathrooms to all tastes and budgets. New products going in all the time. The staff are very polite and helpful. carol jones5 Star10 years ago we had a fitted bedroom in the main bedroom, the workmanship is of a high standard, although we had a problem a couple of years back with one of the drawers it was fixed to my satisfaction, and 10 years later it still looks good. The father and son are very friendly, and still recognise me when I go into the shop! As we have had no real problems with the service I decided to ask them for a quote for our second bedroom, which is already in progress.
I have found the whole experience in dealing with them very good and have had no problems getting what I wanted.Friday 2nd May 2014
David Burt5 StarIn years past, this excellent father & son team have sorted the supply & fit of our fixed bedroom furniture and kitchen to our total satisfaction. They coordinate everything. Requiring a new shower room now, we have no hesitation in returning to the Gallery. Will let you know how it went in due course.Tuesday 14th February 2017
