Would 100% recommend Simon. He got straight to work installing a new combi boiler when our old heat-only one died. Other quotes said it would be a massive job and Simon completed it in a day and a half! He's a true professional, no messing, super hardworking and a lovely guy who goes above and beyond for his customers :)

I was introduced to Simon when my elderly mum had no heating . This has happened twice and both times he sorted mum out immediately, mum has mixed dementia and Simon has been very good with her. I highly recommend him as reliability and efficiency and clear communication where the best. Simon will remain on call and doing our boiler service. Thank you

I had an issue with no heating or hot water at my home. Simon took my call on a Sunday on his day off and came out the very next day to sort the issue out. He turned up exactly when he said he would and picked up on an issue that numerous plumbers had previously missed. I can't fault the service. This is someone who clearly has a passion for fixing problems and won't just fob you off telling you that you might need a new boiler when you don't need to. I would highly recommend his services.

I was very impressed with the work undertaken by Heatfix, Simon and the team. Right from the start Simon's communication about the job, tasks and references was superb. Upon accepting the quote for the work, a more detailed survey was undertaken around my schedule and shortly afterwards the date to do the work. Simon and his team arrived promptly on the specified day and immediately got to work. There was such a human feel to the team. They allowed my daughter to watch and ask questions galore, making her feel included. I was involved in all of the decisions when they were required and they worked with me to achieve what I was requesting. I have some smart radiator valves and although this particular brand was unknown to them, they worked out swiftly how to accommodate them to compliment the new boiler installation that has its own smart system that wasn't directly compatible. They were very quick to accommodate it, trying different options until a working solution was discovered. The team couldn't do enough for us. They were polite, professional, accommodating and above all, human. I will not hesitate to call on Heatfix for any further gas or plumbing work and have already recommended them to family members who need their own boiler replacement.

My boiler was not working and I contacted Simon, I told him no heating and hot water and have my elderly mother living with me. He came within an hour and sorted out the issue for me. Thank you Simon so much.
