Daniel Bramwell2 StarStaff were friendly and polite, but took 4 hours for my wheel alignment. When I got the car back I asked if there were any issues - to which I was told there were none - When I got my invoice email they advised the tyres I had on the vehicle were 0%, meaning not road legal. I hadn’t been advised this in store or offered replacement tyres which is a bit unprofessional considering they are supposed to be the experts. I thought 4 hours to carry out a £30 job was just a bit too much.
Usually I rate Halfords very highly, but a bit let down on this occasion.Thursday 7th October 2021
Marc Guy5 StarWell what can I say.I had an inteim service done about a month ago and so happy with the service.Monday I had the mot done,waited only and half hour.That was fine as I had a cappuccino and it gave me some chill out time so was great.Went back at 3.30pm and guess what she passed.I am so happy with the service I was given I could do a dance,well done guys .From know on if there is any thing I need for my car I will be staying with halfords, well done guys you did a great job.Its like driving a dream.Thursday 7th October 2021
