Really friendly and helpful when picking out tiles for my bathroom. Also kept the tiles until I was ready for them to be be delivered. Delivery man was also very nice and helpful not only waited for me to arrive, carried all the tiles up to my house for me and helped carry another parcel I had up to my house as it was heavy. 10/10 would highly recommend.

I had lots of problems with a bathroom supplier having been let down and having already purchased my tiles from Gwent tiles, in a couple of weeks they supplied me a new suite, arranged an installer in Stuart Williams of the highest order. The job was completed in no time at all. I will be for ever grateful and recommend to anybody

Just had the whole of the downstairs of my house tiled. Beautiful, quality tiles and excellent customer service from Jeremy and the team. Kept my tiles in the warehouse for 12 weeks until I could take delivery then just a quick phone call to arrange a day to suit me. I highly recommend Gwent Tiles

I can't remember the last time I received service this good.. Jeremy is brilliant, passionate about what he is doing. He went all out to resource the tiles we needed to replace the tiles in our bathroom due to a repair we carried out. I really can't express enough how helpful and knowledgeable he is. Nobody else in local shops goes this far, such a great guy..
