From the minute we first contacted GW to the delivery we have had nothing but superb experience, Russell and the team guided us through the build process with patience & professionalism. So. We had issues with getting a jacuzzi bath at last minute. I searched hours and hours. Everywhere was saying 3 - 4 lead time. I gave GW a call and spoke to Russell, who took the make a model of my bath and stated he can have it with me within a 5 days with my custom 24 jet specs, with an express fee which was negligible which I paid. 1 day before dispatch, I had a call from Sue to who explained why the bathroom will be late by one day (Sat instead of Fri), Sue was very kind and apologetic very genuine . Saturday came, a very well packaged pallet arrived with our bath. It was fitted two days ago and its just amazing. I feel so relaxed as I write this, I am very happy with the service offered. We had a couple questions about the install, Russel picked up and guided us though it. Thanks to both Russel and Sue. Legends!

Very pleased with a remodeling of our house including a new kitchen/family room and lounge. Marc and Sue took plenty of time and care to plan exactly what we wanted. Lots of good advice on choice of materials with a clear focus on our objectives and budget. Most praise must however go to Phil who turned the vision into reality. His perfectionist attitude was just what we wanted and his flexibility made the whole process work from our perspective. Would have no hesitation in recommending GW Interiors.
