Brilliant service. Popped In with my little girl to have her ears pierced after a not so nice experience with a nearby business. The manager was lovely and calm, allowing my daughter to pick her own earrings, explained the full process to her and joked along the way. Couldn't ask for a better experience for my girl :)

Couldn't replace the back of my Raymond Weil wrist watch,so popped it into the shop in Ebbw Vale where I was told it may have to be sent away because of the domed glass on the face which would require a special type of press to refit it. I also pointed out that the small cap on the pin that secures the strap was missing,the lady that served me wasn't sure of the final cost but could be between £3 and £25 depending wether it could be done. I was pleasantly surprised to have the watch returned fully repaired free of charge Thanks Gus Jones

Went in with my grandads watch asked for links taken out and a battery swap. After the battery swap im told oh it won't be water proof anymore which is ridiculous because it was a diving watch but I simply believe it was down to laziness the customer service dont get me wrong was lovely but no point in talking nice when you can't provide services and 9 quid for a battery swap is ridiculous but none the less wont be returning.
