Great staff! I bought a Gucci bracelet from here for my wife as a small thank you for helping me back to full health after a serious accident. The store is very well lit, clean and well laid out unlike some which can seem cluttered. The staff are friendly, polite, patient and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this store and will be using them again.

Visited this Goldsmiths branch with my girlfriend having moved to the local area and had a splendid talk with Mark to transfer my registration in a few watches. Mark has been by far the best sales executive we have talked to within a authorised dealer and he is a pleasure to deal with. We highly recommend visiting and talking to him as he has a vast knowledge on the current watch market and it was nice to have a lengthy chat with him. The other staff in the branch where top notch too! Offering us drinks as soon as we walked in. Thanks guys, we will definitely be back soon!

I have been using Goldsmiths for many years and have always found them to be helpful. Possibly not a good idea to visit during busy times, and the appointment system does not appear to be foolproof. Otherwise, no problems.
