Andy Devine2 StarI don't normally write negative reviews as you will see, but customer service and attitude goes a long way in my book.
We used this company to try and fix our washing machine. And I have to say, Im hugely unimpressed with the attitude of this chap. I dealt with him first, where he turned up and was just blunt and miserable. Told me a part was broken and would have to order it. And he would come back and fix it. That's fine I thought, maybe he is having an off day and as long as its fixable.
He turned up today to my wife, and was just as blunt and acted like he didn't want to be there. And turns out they can't get the part either to fix the machine. So its £70 call out, for a cable tie, and not even a very helpful man.

He managed to find the new part which was the grill element and kept us informed of when he could fit it. Problem solved and we are glad to get our oven and grill back working again.
