5 star service. I went to every jewellers in Cribbs and even a certain key cutting national shop to see if a basic issue with a bracelet could be repaired. Every one was mostly rubbish, sales individuals not jewellers. I was told either no or we will have to send it away for 4 weeks. Basically lack luster. Not the really helpful and kind dude in F Hinds he owned it and knew exactly what needed to be done and dealt with it there and then. I didn’t see his name but management of F Hinds you need to know that I really respected what he did and if you read this and want to buy jewellery in Cribbs causeway just of the M5 junction 17 goto F Hinds first. Thank you once again dude.

I went in today and asked for a quote to have my watch bracelet repaired. I had the links to replace the ceramic ones that had broken already. When I asked the lady at the counter for a quote to repair, she took it away and promptly repaired it, no fee, lovely customer service and much appreciated. Will definitely be coming back to spend money again, in a good value, friendly and welcoming shop. Thanks again 😊

Very nice jewellery store. Not overpriced stuff, the products are fairly priced. This place also sells nice watches.

Very friendly and knowledgeable employees. One ring in stock, the other was ordered and arrived within 3 days. Will definitely return in the future.
