Emergency call out work. Called to a job today customer had lost all sockets. After testing and going through the circuit we discovered this 2.5 damaged cable. Live to earth dead short on the megger. Cut out the damaged cable and rewired with new. Customers sockets all back up and running again. We are still carrying out electrical works during these times, ensuring face masks, gloves and social distancing are carried out between ourselves and our customers. Hence any non urgent work would be advised to be carried out once things gradually go back to some normality.
