Ian came out to inspect my consumer unit when it started smoking around a week ago. He gave adivce over the phone of what to do, came the next day in his own hours and checked and tested the unit and ensured all connections were secured. He has since returned today and fitted a new board, completed a circuit so I know have a ring main and tested the whole house so I also now have a certificiate. Over the moon with the results and would always recommend Ian to anyone who needs help from here on out and would happily have him back the next time I need any work to be carried out.

We needed a new consumer unit and a few other electric jobs to be carried out around the house. Gave Cowell Ltd a call and described all the issues that needed to be resolved. Ian was very understanding of the issues and came out promptly and replaced the consumer unit and completed all of the other jobs very quickly and in a professional manner. I would recommend Ian to anybody that has any electrical issues they need resolved.

Ian was very professional, friendly and hard working. He replaced our boiler and gas hob very quickly due to us having a young baby and worked over the weekend to make sure that all the work was done as soon as possible. He made sure that we were happy with how to work everything and even done some extra jobs for us to make sure that the plumbing was all good in our house. I highly recommend Cowell.ltd to anyone that needs any gas or electrical services carried out.

When my shower developed a fault and stopped working due to a wiring fault I phoned Ian to see if he could help. Ian was really helpful and advised that he would be happy to do the work, but I should really go back to the large national company who had refitted my bathroom, even though the work was now out of warranty, as it was a fault with the original installation work. Armed with this advice I went back to them and they agreed to fix the problem free of charge, but it was really useful to be able to say I had spoken to an independent electrician who had advised this was due to an installation fault. Thanks very much Ian for your honesty and integrity, even though you were doing yourself out of business in order to be helpful. Next time I need any electrical work done I will call you first.
