Excellent service and fitting from Mark!! Polite and hard working and not intrusive whilst Covid is going on. We are very pleased with finished product! Justin accommodated the fitting a little early due to a family bereavement very pleased with that! Original fitting should have been in April but these are difficult times! This is a second trip to Complete Bathrooms after 15 years. Highly recommended!

We are totally delighted with our new bathroom from Complete Bathrooms of Cwmbran. The work was due to start right at the beginning of lockdown, but at our request was put back until it was relatively safe for it to be done at the end of July. We can't thank Justin and the team enough for their understanding during this difficult time and for keeping in touch to assure us that they would be there and ready for us as soon as we were happy for them to proceed. Particular thanks to Mark, our fitter, who did everything he could to minimise any inconvenience, also to Richie for the tiling and not forgetting the electricians. The best compliment we can pay Complete Bathrooms is to say that whilst their showroom displays were very impressive when we first saw them, our finished product was every bit as good. I never write reviews but on this occasion I had to . We had a very small bathroom done -so not a huge job- everything started ok with glossy photos and all the rest but it proved to be very poor quality that started to show from the word go. A few visits from staff to put things improve things and I can recall one of them telling us that the actual job was" s***." Very poor design and execution as well as cheap quality of products. It is 2 years on and for ever having issues .I suggest any potential customers either go elsewhere or take photos of what items are being actually agreed to provide and check on delivery before fitting. We paid over 9K for that.Never again!!!!
