Excellent service - by Layla. First, I thought that I knew which carpet I wanted but, taking sound advice from Layla, she found a far more economic choice for me without sacrificing quality. In and out of the shop quickly. Very efficient. This was not my first visit to this branch of Carpetright. It is so convenient. I will most certainly visit again to place an order for carpets.

We return to Glastonbury Carpetright whenever we need a new carpet, because we always get excellent, friendly service at our local branch and it feels more like an independent store, rather than a "big name". Layla offered friendly, common sense advice and the whole ordering process was very efficient - and very simple for us. She recognised us from a previous visit in 2019, which is pretty good going! Very happy to be using our local branch again for our latest purchase and can thoroughly recommend Glastonbury Carpetright and the service offered by Layla. The other guys there are great, too. Thank you!

Awful service. I first spoke to them on 5th May and had a detailed conversation about what my requirements were. However, speaking to them today they said they had no record of our conversation. So I explained it all again to Josh, who couldn't get what I was requesting so have gone to Tapi carpets in Taunton where I know the service is good.

Awful communication, absolute joke! Ordered a bed that we only found out wasn’t coming until my wife rang them on the day. They damaged the mattress when it got sent to the Glastonbury store and it had to be sent back so we would have to ring the Glastonbury store. Then we were told by John that it wasn’t a local problem(he sounded very put out as he kept repeatedly saying the store closes at 1 o'clock and didn’t think he had time to investigate, even though we were ringing at 11 o’clock)and would have to ring the warehouse. The warehouse then told us it wasn’t their problem and it was a local issue and it kept going back and forth from then on. Eventually got another delivery date after waiting over a month from the original order date. When the delivery day came still no bed so got a refund. Then got an email saying they had repeatedly tried to ring, which they didn’t as we heard nothing. Joke of a company full of lies and excuses and no idea how to run a business. Avoid Just to add it’s now a couple weeks after I have posted this review and the delivery company tried to deliver the bed so we had to refuse delivery as we have one coming from another company. This just proves how bad their communication is

Used this company twice in the past 18 months, initial service good on selling, then comes fitting and communication, extremely poor and frustrating. Always excuses, can’t get a fitter, don’t call you back, communication poor (John) you would think you are dealing with a corner shop not a national company. Avoid!
