Carly was very professional and responsive. I'd never had any gear PAT tested before but Carly was helpful and made the experience smooth and easy for me. Dropped my gear off and was able to pick it all up later on the same day. Great value too, will definitely be coming here again!

I needed 20+ items testing, and testers I'd used before couldn't accommodate me before the end of March. I contacted Carly, and found that she was available to come to my house on an evening which suited me perfectly. She messaged me to say she was running late, but still arrived by 7:15. She worked meticulously and methodically, and had completed all 24 items by about 8pm. I will most likely use her services again.

Efficient - Professional - Very Helpful I got in touch with Carly to discuss PAT testing for all of our sites in the south west, she promptly responded and provided a very competitive quote and complete package to test almost 1,500 appliances so we proceeded with her services. Carly was very efficient, worked around all of our staff to ensure minimal disruption, managed the workload on each of the sites and kept me very well informed of her progress. All insurances and RAMS were sent over prior to the work starting and the final report was produced quickly and was very comprehensive. Couldn't recommend Carly enough, we will certainly continue to use her services across our group.
