Really good service. Lovely people to deal with and great choice of cars. I didn’t end up buying purely as I found something elsewhere but regardless would recommend these guys for a friendly, non pushy approach.

Check engine light came on within 4 hours of purchasing £4K car. “It’s probably a glitch” Getting you to fix it has been like pulling out all my own teeth, one by one, with no anaesthetic! Providing the error code and telling you where the air leak was.. was not enough. People on the desk kept telling me the engine light is probably a GLITCH, the car is probably bringing up an old error code if it’s driving fine! Surely you’re joking- no actually qualified mechanic would say this 😂 I waited 2+ hours for you to tell me that you’d just plugged it in, given it a spray and found nothing.. this does not take 2 hours. When I pointed to where the leak was.. “oh I didn’t check there” took me 10 secs to take off the engine cover & point! 🤣 Parts are now ordered! What a waste of time. Glitch or not it’s your responsibility to fix- so I expect that you do so :) As a lone female buyer I do not appreciate you trying to mug me off :) not happening, engine lights don’t glitch honey I’d love a free pen for the inconvenience x

Fantastic service. Had an issue with my Mini, they went above and beyond to sort it, even having to use a specialist to get the car updated. Thanks Amy for keeping me updated through out. Would highly recommend !!!

Just been and completed the car purchase with Jonnie Wilkinson at Carbase. He has got to be the most pleasant, polite, helpful and genuine person I have ever dealt with when making a car purchase. Nothing was too much trouble. The whole deal was plain sailing frim start to finish and I LOVE MY NEW CAR. Thank you Carbase and a massive thankyou to Jonnie Wilkinson....you are the best 😁

Transfer box failed on my bmw x3 I bought from Carbase, car was out of 6 months warranty window, but as only one tyre was replaced pre-sales Carbase took the responsibility without any hassle and carried out the nearly £4000 repair free of charge! Happy customer!
