No hot water or heating last night, I left a voicemail and the engineer called at 8.15am and arrived at 10am, fault found and fixed. From start to finish there has been excellent customer service and a smooth process, between the office organising the first visit for a quote, to them completing the job of fitting a new oil tank and new external oil boiler, this has been a stress-free, smooth process. I don't say this lightly after 10 months of having experienced a number of tradesman coming here to do various jobs for an extension we have had done. It has truly been a breath of fresh air to have C. S Boxhall come in and be professional, polite, hard working and nothing was too much trouble. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this company to anyone (have already recommended them to friends and family) and we will be getting them back again ASAP to do some other heating and plumbing jobs we need done.
