My grandmother's boiler broke down during heavy snow last week and she called them upset but forgot to leave a name, address or contact number. Amazingly they remembered installing her boiler 3 years ago, went into the office during heavy snow, got her address and turned up at 9am on a snowy Saturday. Truly outstanding service.
