Superb quality and excellent fitter. Attention to detail is superb. Really impressed and pleased with our new stair carpet. Tristun and Kim are fantastic..Excellent customer service. Experts on every level. Not pushy at all and very helpful. We had our entire down stairs laminated and their attention to detail is superb. Looking forward to getting our stairs and landing done in the very near future. They will be our first choice without any hesitation!!

I have bought several carpets from Bristol Carpets and flooring over the years, and the quality and service these guys provide is amazing. Craig is really knowledgable and professional, and a lovely guy to deal with. The fitters are professional and friendly, and do a fabulous tidy job. I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else in the future.

A lovely company to deal with from start to finish. The showroom staff are great, especially Andrew in Nailsea, and fitters are lovely too. We have now had two carpets and one vinyl floor laid and I cannot fault anything.

I'm so impressed with both the quality and the price of the rugs we bought from them. Tristan was so incredibly helpful, polite and friendly. A brilliant experience and we're very happy indeed. We managed to buy rugs for almost every room in the house! Wonderful result!

Firstly excellent customer service, Tristan was brilliant to work with, very patience with finding a slot to come round with hundreds of well kept samples and allowing us time to pick the ones we wanted. The time to receive the carpets was very impressive, Tristan managed to find us slots to work with our house renovation and keep our plan on track. The carpet fitters themselves were very professional and quick! Left the rooms spotless after fitting and even refitted another carpet for us that had been taken up for paintwork. Exceptional service, the carpets themselves are beautiful and exactly what we were after. Tristan's knowledge in picking the perfect carpet for the different traffic areas was greatly received. Overall brilliant product, brillaint knowledge and brilliant experience!!
