There was no time to walk around the small dark lit shop before the owner had asked what we were looking for..
I would of loved to have a feel for the place and what products were on offer before we felt that we had intruded on the guys premises and stopped him in his tracks.
I didn’t feel at ease amongst the clutter and it was nice to breath fresh air once we had left..Friday 18th October 2019

Apart from being offered a design that we would never have come up with ourselves, we received honest advice and were given realistic expectations which was very much appreciated. On the odd occasion when there was slow delivery from a supplier, Bootwater bent over backwards to get product to us to avoid delays in installation.
