Rental work is provided to Landlords and Letting Estate Agents to provide Gas safety checks and certificates as required annually for each appliance in the rented property.

All other aspects of g can also be carried out at the property if and when required. Insurance work can be complete if requested.

As well as domestic houses, work can be provided in Residential Park homes and caravans as a separate certification is held for these locations.

Vaillant boilers are a recommendation and a preferred boiler to install as they are overall reliable, robust and easier to maintain and service than other manufactures on the market, we hold a Vaillant advance certification allowing us to provide a minimum 7 year manufacturing warranty on a new Vaillant boiler installation by us.

Servicing and Installation services are provided for all other boiler manufactures too, if requested or required.

Our Company is registered to ‘Oftec’ this is the accredited Oil registration body, allowing us to carry out servicing and installations of Oil and Bio- liquid, single stage pressure jet appliances and sign off this work as required, using us means we will provide you with a workmanship warranty insurance certificate when installing and commissioning an oil fired boiler.

Installations of oil fuel storage and supply systems can be provided and maintained, where connected to a fixed combustion appliance.
