Just reviewing the service so far as we haven’t fitted the appliance and I don’t review unless there is something to say. They were friendly at first contact despite clearly being very busy so I felt they wanted my business. They were very straight forward about the condition of their products ( graded) and very swift and helpful in arranging delivery. We were offered payment options of over the phone, website or coming in. They didn’t hide behind their website as so many do. The lads delivering were happy, helpful, and accommodating for a complicated and unusual delivery situation with stairs, obstacles and animals. An all round excellent purchasing experience.

Brought a tumble dryer on the 1/4/22 brand new. By the 6/4/22 the machine has stopped heating up therefore no longer working. machine was only working for 5 days, I've contacted the store to which they didn't answer and left a voice message and they never got back to me, I then rang them and they answered and was quite unhelpful, and was quick to point Me in the direction to contact the manufacturer themselves to solve the problem. I have contacted the manufacturer, to which they commented saying it is odd for ashcott appliances to not be willing to help. I would of thought the store would of took a little more responsibility considering the new appliance broke within days of purchase and most likely faulty.

Needed a replacement built-under oven for family of 5. Spoke to Michael on Monday, very helpful. Ordered over the phone, fitters came on Wednesday 🥳 fitters very friendly and helpful. Sorted out everything I needed. Highly recommend this business 👍
