Very happy with the boiler we've had fitted. The plumbers worked so hard to get it fitted and stayed long hours when there was an issue. Alex explained how the boiler and app works with a lot of detail so we fully understand everything. We had towel rails fitted too and they look great. Very impressed with the customer service and quality of the work - thank you.

Brilliant service, can highly recommend if you have any issues that require a Plumber. Fixed underfloor heating issue by identifying the new part needed instantly. Ordered the part and fitted quickly. Very quick to respond and kept us up to date continuously. Price was very reasonable especially considering it was specialised work and not all plumbers will deal with underfloor heating. Also fixed a shower issue whilst here within minutes, that had been ongoing for years and other Plumbers (including British Gas service plan) told us couldn't be fixed as it needed a part that had been discontinued (they'd all wrongly diagnosed the issue). Highly recommend!
