I feel I was taken advantage of being a female who has no idea about washing machines.
I was quoted £45 call out fee and £100 to change the brushes on the washing machine. I called a few other places and was quoted £45 - £65 (shop around 1st)Thursday 29th September 2022

Sam Dodge1 StarPhoned for a repair on my washing machine, was told late morning which quickly turned to 3:30 - not a problem.
Adjusted my day waited in all day for a worker to show, ended up having to call the company at 3:45 to be told he was running 90 minutes late, a time I wouldn't be in. Didn't call to give me a heads up, and weren't apologetic - was due to pay £80 for 20 mins work too.
