The most wonderful customer service ever From the ease of ordering our washing machine, to the keeping us up to date with emails, we couldn't ask for better. Ordered on Saturday, delivered Monday morning. The delivery men were excellent. They unpacked and installed the new machine and took our old one away. They were very friendly and efficient, and the new machine was installed and working in no time. They even went through and showed us how to use all the controls - they truly went above and beyond. I will definitely be purchasing from this company again

We have been buying all our white goods at AF Thomas Electricals for twenty years. It's always a pleasure to shop there. We have never been let down. Recently, our dishwasher went on the blink again. There was a five year warranty. It was really frustrating dealing with the makers direct. Staff at AF Thomas stepped in and dealt with the problem so professionally and efficiently. The machine was eventually replaced thanks to them. There is always a chance of a problem. It's how the problem is dealt with that matters. This is why I use the local dealer. The service, right down to installation, is just better. This is the first time I've ever left a review. I should have done it sooner! Great staff. Thank you
